Using these filters, you can select a parameter for which report data will be shown.
You can use these filters either separately or in combination.
-
Merchant. This filter helps you view reports for a specific merchant.
You can only select those merchants for which clicks or actions are already reported. The number of merchants you can select is limited to 10. -
Platform. This filter helps you view reports for every platform you added to Takeads.
If you added only one platform, it will be the only platform available in the filter.
After you apply filters, the reports will only show the data that matches your selected filters.
Charts: clicks, actions, and gross
By default, reports show Today’s data for all your platforms and merchants.
But what you select in the filters can affect the content of the charts.
The charts can help you view your gross earnings, the total number of actions and clicks. You can select to display these parameters on the chart, either separately or in combination.
If you hover over a line in the chart, you'll see the data for a specific day.
- Clicks. The chart shows the total number of clicks on tracking links on your platform. The chart line reflects how the number of clicks changed over the selected period.
- Actions. The chart shows the total number of actions made through tracking links on your platform. The chart line reflects how the number of actions changed over the selected period.
- Gross. The chart displays the total gross earnings for actions performed via tracking links on your platform. The chart line reflects how the gross earnings amount changed over the selected period.
Gross earnings consist of total confirmed earnings for actions made via your tracking links and earnings for actions on hold (i.e., being verified by the merchant). Please note that gross earnings do not include declined earnings.
Report
A report is a table that displays the number of actions, clicks, and earnings for actions made via tracking links on your platform.
By default, the report shows Today’s data for all your platforms and merchants.
You can also use the Group by filter to organize data in your report by:
- Merchant. The name of the merchant for whom the action occurred.
- Date. The day when clicks and/or actions were registered on your platform.
- Month. The month when clicks and/or actions were registered on your platform.
- Platform. The name of the platform where actions were performed.
What you select in the filters affects the content of reports.
The report contains the following columns:
The primary column is defined by the value you select in the Group by filter.
- Clicks. The number of clicks users performed after following tracking links on your platform.
- CR. Conversion rate is the percentage of users who perform target actions after being redirected to the merchant's website through tracking links.
- Actions. The total number of actions users performed after following tracking links on your platform.
-
On hold. The amount of earnings for actions that are being verified by the merchant. After a user performs an action via your tracking link, your provisional earnings will appear in this column and in the On hold part of the Balance section.
After that, the brand will verify the action. This verification process may take from 1 to 3 months. Learn more about the order verification timeframe- If the action complies with all rules, the merchant will confirm it, and your earnings for it will appear in the Confirmed earnings column.
- If the merchant declines the action, your earnings for it will appear in the Declined earnings column. Merchants don't pay for declined actions.
-
Confirmed. Your earnings for actions that have been verified and confirmed by merchants. Once the earnings for an action move to this column, the reward in the Balance section moves from the On hold section to the Ready for withdrawal section.
You can withdraw funds once your earnings reach the minimum withdrawable amount of 20 Euro. How to withdraw funds -
Gross. The total confirmed earnings and earnings for actions on hold (i.e., being verified by the merchant).
- Declined. The earnings for actions that have been declined by merchants. The rewards for such actions will disappear from the On hold section or will be deducted from earnings in the Ready for withdrawal part of the Balance section, since merchants don't pay for declined actions. Why did the merchant decline my action?
