Plans for advertisers: How to choose or change a plan

You have to choose a plan to launch an affiliate program. Exception: Your company is registered in Ukraine or in the CIS.

If you've just started working with Admitad, you need to choose a plan once you log in to your account.

A plan is a service bundle subject to a monthly payment. You can choose one of three plans based on your needs.

You'll also pay a monthly fee, which is a reward for target actions performed by users that publishers attracted to your website and/or app.

How to choose a plan

1. Go to Plans (Settings → Plans).

This page will open automatically when you log in to your account for the first time.

2. Activate a plan: Standard, Plus, or Enterprise. For that, click Choose.

If you chose the Enterprise plan but your website and/or app doesn't meet all the requirements of it, a manager will ask you to choose another one.

Further interaction with Admitad depends on which country your company is registered in.

  • Your plan will be activated right away.

    A manager will contact you and send you an invoice.

    If you chose the Plus or Enterprise plan, the manager will help you set up your program.

    • After you pay and finish integration and setup, your program will be started.

    • You'll receive an invoice on the first day of every month.
  • You have to subscribe to a plan to activate it.

    1. Fill out the following fields on the page that opens:

    • Email. Invoices will be sent to this email. It's recommended that you specify an email that you used to sign up for Admitad.

    • Card information. Link a bank card. After the trial period ends, the fee will be charged from it every month.

    • Name on card. Enter the name embossed on your card.

    • Country or region. Specify the country in which your company is registered.

    2. Click Start trial.

    A free 30-day trial will start.

    You will be able to test-drive our service for free during this trial. You will receive an email notification about the upcoming payment seven days before the period ends. Learn more about payments

    Then:

    • If you chose the Standard plan, a page will open where you will be able to set up and customize your affiliate program. Follow the instructions to start it.

    • If you chose the Plus plan, a manager will contact you within seven days to customize and set up your affiliate program. If you haven't received a message from the manager within 24 hours, contact advsupport@admitad.com.

How to change a plan

To change a plan, go to Plans and select the plan you want to change by clicking Choose.

Further plan changing steps depend on which country your company is registered in.

  • If your affiliate program:

    • Is not launched yet, the plan will be changed right away, and you'll receive an invoice for the new plan.

    • Is active, your current plan will remain active until the first day of the next month. On the first day of the next month, your current plan will change to the selected one, and you'll receive an invoice for the new plan.
  • The plan will be changed right away.

    With that, if the trial:

    • Hasn't ended yet, the amount under the plan you chose will be charged from the linked card once the trial ends.

    • Has ended, the following amount will be charged from your card on the first day of the new period: (old plan price / 30 days * number of days under old plan) + (new plan price / 30 days * number of days under new plan).

    Example

    The subscription fee will be charged on the 10th day of every month.

    Imagine that you changed the plan on the 17th day of the month.

    The next period's fee will be charged on the 10th day, but the amount will be calculated this way:

    Amount for 7 days under old plan + Amount for 23 days under new plan

Plan subscription: specifics and procedure

Subscriptions are unavailable to companies registered in one of the following countries: India, Brazil, Poland, US, and UAE.

Subscription specifics

  • After the 30-day trial ends, the subscription fee will be automatically charged every month from the linked card. You won't have to pay bills manually.

  • Payment confirmation reports will be sent to your email every month.

  • In case of a problem charging the subscription fee from your card, we will make a few more attempts during the next week. If we the funds won't be charged during the next week, the program will be disabled.

  • If the subscription payment fails, you will receive an email notification. You can follow the link in the notification to go to the payment page and pay for the subscription on your own before we try to do that again.

 

How to edit payment details

How edit the card that you use to pay for your subscription, do the following:

1. Go to Plans and click Manage payment method.

2. You will see the login form of Stripe, a payment service that is Admitad's partner:

  • Enter the email with which your subscription is associated. A confirmation code will be sent to this address.
  • Enter the code.

3. On the new page, click Add payment method in Payment method.

4. Add a new card and remove the card you don't need.

Done! You have changed the payment method.
From now on, the payment will be charged monthly from the updated card.

 

How to cancel a subscription

To cancel the subscription:

1. Go to Plans and click Cancel subscription.

2. You will see the login form of Stripe, a payment service that is Admitad's partner:

  • Enter the email with which your subscription is associated. A confirmation code will be sent to this address.
  • Enter the code.

3. On the new page, click Cancel plan in Current plan.

Done! The subscription is now canceled.

You can manage your program until the end of the paid period. After the paid period ends, you won't be able to log in to your account, and your program will be disabled.

 

How to renew a subscription

If the paid period hasn't ended yet

To renew your subscription:

1. Go to Plans and click Manage payment method.

2. You will see the login form of Stripe, a payment service that is Admitad's partner:

  • Enter the email with which your subscription is associated. A confirmation code will be sent to this address.
  • Enter the code.

3. On the new page, click Renew subscription in Current plan.

Your subscription will be renewed.

 

If the paid period has ended

To renew your subscription, send the following to advsupport@admitad.com:

  • Email that you specified when signing up for Admitad.
  • Email to which your subscription is linked (if it differs from the email specified during signup).
  • Name of your affiliate program.
  • Or your Admitad username.
