Admitad Affiliate Bot for Telegram

Admitad Affiliate Bot  is a bot for Telegram, that allows users to access the main features of their personal account on Admitad Partner Network.

You can work from any device with Telegram installed on it using this bot,   including receiving affiliate links and promo codes, analyzing program and ad space reports, and check your balance.

If you want to use the Admitad Affiliate Bot:

  • You must first be registered as an Admitad Partner Network publisher (guide)

  • You must have at least one ad space added (guide)

  • The ad space you want to use with the bot must be connected to at least one program (guide).

Getting started with the bot

How to log in to your account using the Admitad Affiliate Bot

1. Find the Admitad Affiliate Bot in Telegram:

2. Click Start at the bottom of the screen.

3. Choose your language, either Russian (RU) or English (EN).

4. Click Log in or create account to log into your Admitad Partner Network account or register.

  • If you've already logged in, a page will open, requesting access to your Admitad Partner Network account. Click Allow access,

  • If you haven't yet logged into your account, a page will open with a login form. Log into your account, and then click Allow access on your page.

You only need to allow access the first time you log in using the Admitad Affiliate Bot.

You’re all set!

If you log in successfully, the bot will send you a message with a list of available commands.

You can get the list of commands whenever you need, just click Menu in the bottom left corner of the screen or type "/".

If you've completed all the steps, but you haven't managed to connect the bot to your account, contact Admitad support.


How to choose the ad space you want to work with using the bot

1. When you send the bot its first command, it'll ask you to choose the ad space you want to use.

2. Click an ad space to select it.

The bot will remember your choice and will send you information for your chosen ad space until you switch it to another one (if you have another one).

You’re all set!

Use the /change_website command to switch between your ad spaces.

If you haven't yet added an ad space, or you have an ad space that isn't yet connected to a program, then you won't be able to get a standard affiliate link, deeplink, or coupon, or look at the reports.

How to use the Admitad Affiliate Bot

Enter "/" or click the Menu button on the left to open the list of commands.

The bot has the following commands available:

  • /get_goto_link allows you to get a standard affiliate link for a chosen program (more)

  • /get_deeplink allows you to get a deeplink for a chosen program (more)

  • /get_coupon allows you to get a coupon or promo code (more)

  • /check_stats allows you to look at reports on a specific ad space or programs for over the last 7 days (more)

  • /balance allows you to check your balance (more)

  • /change_website allows you to switch between ad spaces if you have more than one

  • /change_language allows you to change the bot language

  • /help allows you to get a message with a list of all available commands.

A standard affiliate link leads to the main page of the advertiser's website.

To get one:

1. Choose the /get_goto_link command. To do this, enter "/" in the message field, or click the Menu button on the left.

If you haven't yet chosen an ad space that you want to get an affiliate link for, the bot will ask you to do this and remember your choice.

2. The bot will send you a list of programs that your ad space is connected to.

Click on the program you need. The bot will send you a standard affiliate link for it in response (both a full link and a shortened link).

If your ad space isn't yet connected to any programs, the bot will send you a message saying so. Connect your ad space to its first program in your personal account or switch to another ad space using the /change_website command.

A deeplink is an affiliate link that leads to a specific page on the advertiser's website. For instance, it may lead to the page of a certain product, deal, or brand.

You can get a deeplink without using the /get_deeplink command. To do this, send the bot a link to a page on the advertiser's website (the one that your ad space is connected to).
Please note that you can only send one link per message, otherwise the bot won't be able to process them.

In order to get a deeplink:

1. Choose the /get_deepling command. To do this, enter "/" in the message field, or click the Menu button on the left.

2. Send the bot a link that you want to get a deeplink for.

If you haven't yet chosen an ad space that you want to get a deeplink for, the bot will ask you to do this and remember your choice.

3. The bot will respond with:

  • A ready-made deeplink, both the full and shortened version (if only one suitable program has been found for the link, and your current ad space is connected to it.

  • A list of suitable programs (if several programs were found for the link.
    To get a deeplink, click on a program that your ad space is connected to.

If your ad space isn't connected to any of the programs suitable for the link, the bot will let you know and ask you to change your ad space or connect it to that program.


How to get coupons and promo codes in the bot

Coupons and promo codes are special offers from advertisers (such as discounts, gifts, etc.) that help you motivate users to perform target actions.

To get a coupon or promo code:

1. Choose the /get_coupon command. To do this, enter "/" in the message field, or click the Menu button on the left.

If you haven't yet chosen an ad space that you want to get a coupon or promo code for, the bot will ask you to do this and remember your choice.

2. If you have active coupons or promo codes for your chosen ad space, the bot will send them as a list.

You'll get the following information for each coupon or promo code:

  • program name
  • coupon name
  • promo code (if it's needed to use the offer)
  • start and end date
  • direct link to the coupon (shortened link)
  • click More to get further information about the coupon or promo code, such as its description, offer type, full link, etc.

If there are no available promo codes for your chosen ad space, or it's not yet connected to any program, the bot will let you know. Connect your ad space to its first program in your dashboard or change to another ad space using the /change_website command.

You can filter the promo codes and coupons you receive:

  • by type - exclusive, unique, personal, planned

  • by program - for this, send the bot the name of the program that you want to receive coupons for.

How to see the reports using the bot

The bot allows you to view reports on your ad space or programs for the last 7 days.

To view reports:

1. Choose the /check_stats command. To do this, enter "/" in the message field, or click the Menu button on the left.

If you haven't yet chosen an ad space that you want to see the statistics for, the bot will ask you to do this and remember your choice.

2. If there are data available in the reports for your chosen ad space, the bot will send them as a list:

  • the name of the ad space and the period of reports shown
  • number of views if you're using banners
  • number of clicks on affiliate links on the ad space
  • CTR
  • eCPC
  • eCPM
  • CR - conversion rate
  • number of leads
  • number of sales
  • amount for confirmed actions
  • amount for actions on hold
  • amount for declined action.

If there's no data for the last 7 days for your chosen ad space (including if it's not connected to any programs), you'll receive a notification saying, "no reports for your ad spaces for the last <period>".

You can filter the reports you receive:

  • by today's date by clicking Today's report
  • by individual programs by clicking Report on programs. The bot will send you the reports for only the programs that there is information for already.

How to check your balance using the bot

The bot allows you to view information about the amount of money under Ready for withdrawal in your Admitad Partner Network balance.

To check your balance:

1. Choose the /balance command. To do this, enter "/" in the message field, or click the Menu button on the left.

2. The bot will reply with the amounts in the currencies that are currently in your balance under Ready for withdrawal.

You can withdraw these funds in your personal Admitad Partner Network account (guide) if the amount in the chosen currency is higher than the minimum withdrawal amount.
