Currency conversion during withdrawal

Mitgo Wallet = Admitad Earnings Wallet

In Mitgo Wallet, your money can be stored in several wallets with the principle of "one wallet, one currency". That means you can't transfer money from one wallet to another or convert all your funds to one currency.

If the Mitgo Wallet wallet currency differs from the currency of the selected withdrawal method, the funds will be automatically converted into the withdrawal method currency.

Conversion may be unavailable for some currency pairs.

The Mitgo Wallet exchange rate is shown on the payment request page. Please note: It may differ from the rates in exchange services.

If you want to withdraw money without converting it, use the withdrawal method whose currency matches your Mitgo Wallet account's currency.

Specifics of converting Brazilian reals (BRL) and Indian rupees (INR)

If you withdraw funds from a BRL- or INR-denominated wallet with conversion to other currencies, an international transaction fee will be charged when you create a payment request.

Fee amount:

  • 25% for transfers from a BRL-denominated wallet with conversion to other currencies
  • 6% for transfers from an INR-denominated wallet with conversion to other currencies

The amount of the fee charged will be indicated in the International transaction fee item of the invoice.

The fee amount is affected by the exchange rates for BRL and INR to these currencies and the high cost of servicing international transactions.
