When working with the programs of advertisers operating in Russia, publishers have to abide by the rules below.

Go to the relevant section depending on how you get banners:

You get banners on the advertiser program page on Admitad

Make sure the banner contains the following labeling:

  • The banner must contain the text label in the following format:
Advertisement. Advertiser's legal entity name, advertiser TIN (INN)

If the banner doesn't have a label with the advertiser's details, add it yourself following these instructions.

You create banners for the advertiser

In this case, add marking on your own.

1. Go to the program page and find the About advertiser area on the left. It'll contain the following:

  • Advertiser legal entity's name
  • Advertiser TIN (INN)

2. Add the advertiser's details to the banner as a mark:

Advertisement. Advertiser's legal entity name, advertiser TIN (INN)

You can place the mark on any part of the banner. It must be noticeable.

If there's no About advertiser area on the program page, send a request to the support (see this guide) and request the advertiser's TIN (INN) and legal entity name. Add these details to the banner as described above.

Soon the About advertiser area will be available in programs of all advertisers to which the advertising marking law applies.

You get ready-to-use banners from the advertiser

In this case, check if the banner contains the required labeling: the "Advertisement" mark, legal entity name, and advertiser TIN (INN).

If there's no marking, ask the advertiser to add it (guide for advertisers).
