How to grant an accountant access to withdraw funds

Mitgo Wallet = Admitad Earnings Wallet

If several employees are using the account, we recommend that only the account owner have access to the authenticator.

Two-factor authentication is required to confirm billing details, i.e., what you'll use for payouts. Two-factor authentication is not required to create a payout request. You can add and confirm billing details on your own, and your accountant will be able to create withdrawal requests.

To restrict what your employees can do with Mitgo Wallet, you can create guest accounts for them.

Two-factor authentication can't be set up in a guest account.

To create a guest account, contact your personal manager or our support desk. In your request, specify the following:

  1. The email address of the employee for whom you want to create a guest account.
  2. Which access rights you want to grant to this guest account.
    Possible rights:
    • Adding tax information
    • Editing tax information
    • Deleting tax information
    • Adding billing details
    • Editing billing details
    • Deleting billing details
    • Withdrawing funds
    • Viewing payment history
  3. The position of the employee for whom the account is being created (optional).

When a guest account is created for the company, a Mitgo Wallet account is also created for the employee. The employee can log in using a password that only they know. This account will be linked as a guest account to the company's main account.

Once the employee logs in to their Mitgo Wallet (this can be done via this direct link), they'll see the modal window where they can switch to your company's guest account. In this account, the employee will only have access to the actions you selected (see the access rights list above).

For example, if you granted the guest account rights to "Withdraw funds" and "View payment history", your employee won't be able to add or edit tax information and billing details, but they will be able to create requests to withdraw money using the information you added and confirmed on your own. They will also be allowed to view the "Transaction History" section.
