How to use Reports section on Takeads

The Reports section shows the number of actions, clicks, and your earnings.

The data is displayed in both chart and table formats, making it easy to analyze key metrics and track your performance on Takeads. You can filter and group the data to focus on specific aspects and gain deeper insights.

Please note that filters apply to both the chart and table, while grouping only affects the table data.

Statistical data for earlier periods may change, for example, when advertisers decline actions or customers do not complete their actions. Learn more why the amount you earn on Takeads may decrease

Filters

By default, the report shows Today’s data for all your platforms, advertisers, and payment models. Once you apply filters, the chart and table will display only the data that matches the selected filters.

Filter by payment model

Use this filter to select the payment for which the report will be displayed.

  • All. This filter shows earnings from merchants operating under the CPA model and ad campaigns running under the CPC model.
  • CPA. This filter displays data for merchants operating under the CPA model, focusing on clicks and actions performed.
  • CPC. This filter displays data for ad campaigns running under the CPC model, focusing on clicks and click confirmation.

Filter by date

Use this filter to select the time range for which the report will be displayed. You can either choose a custom range or use one of the 7 quick presets.

Additional filters

Use these filters to select additional parameters for which report data will be shown.

  • Merchant. This filter helps you view the reports for a specific advertiser. You can only select those advertisers for which clicks or actions are already reported. The number of advertisers you can select is limited to 10.
  • Platform. This filter helps you view the reports for platforms you added to Takeads. If you added only one platform, it will be the only platform available in the filter.

Charts: clicks, actions, and gross earnings

The charts can help you view your gross earnings, the total number of actions and clicks. You can select to display these parameters on the chart, either separately or in combination.

If you hover over a line in the chart, you'll see the data for a specific day.

  • Clicks. The chart shows the number of affiliated clicks on tracking links on your platform. The chart line reflects how the number of clicks changed over the selected period.
  • Actions. The chart shows the total number of actions made through tracking links on your platform. The chart line reflects how the number of actions changed over the selected period.
  • Gross earnings. The chart displays the total gross earnings for actions performed via tracking links on your platform. The chart line reflects how the gross earnings amount changed over the selected period.

Gross earnings consist of total confirmed earnings for actions made via your tracking links and earnings for actions on hold (i.e., being verified by the advertiser). Please note that gross earnings do not include declined earnings.

Report

In reports, you can check the number of actions, clicks, and earnings for actions made via tracking links on your platform.

You can also use the Group by filter to organize table data by:

  • Merchant. The name of the advertiser for whom the action occurred.
  • Date. The day when clicks and/or actions were registered on your platform.
  • Month. The month when clicks and/or actions were registered on your platform.
  • Platform. The name of the platform where actions were performed.

The report contains the following columns:

  • The primary column is defined by the value you select in the Group by filter.
  • Clicks. The number of affiliated clicks users performed on after following tracking links on your platform.
  • CR. Conversion rate is the percentage of users who perform target actions after being redirected to the advertiser’s website through tracking links.
  • Actions. The total number of actions users performed after clicking on following tracking links on your platform.

    • If the action complies with all rules, the advertiser will confirm it, and your earnings for it will appear in the Confirmed column.
    • If the advertiser declines the action, your earnings for it will appear in the Declined column. Advertisers don't pay for declined actions.
  • Confirmed. Your earnings for actions that have been confirmed by advertisers, including both paid and awaiting payment.

Your earnings for confirmed but unpaid actions are displayed in the Confirmed, awaiting advertiser payment block in the Finance section.

Once the advertiser pays for the actions, the reward will move to the Confirmed, available for withdrawal block in the Finance section.

You can withdraw funds once your earnings reach the minimum withdrawable amount of €25. How to withdraw funds

  • Declined. The earnings for actions that have been declined by advertisers. The rewards for such actions will disappear from the Confirmed, awaiting advertiser payment section, since advertisers don't pay for declined actions. Lear more in why advertiser declined my action
