You can withdraw your earnings from Trendweave once they reach the minimum amount of 2,000 INR.
For your first withdrawal, complete all steps of the withdrawal process. If you already have payment details added, you can skip Step 1:
Step 1. Add payment details
- Go to the menu (☰) and select Payment details.
- Fill in your payment details:
- Title. Enter a name for the payment method. This is for your reference only and does not affect payouts.
- Full Name / Company Name. Enter your full legal name or registered company name exactly as it appears in your bank account. Avoid using nicknames or social media names.
- Aadhaar Card (Unique identity number). Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number. It should belong to the same person as the bank account holder.
- Upload soft copy of Aadhaar Card. Upload a clear photo of your Aadhaar card. All text should be readable and not cropped.
- Permanent Account Number. Enter your PAN. It should match your Aadhaar and bank account details.
- Upload soft copy of PAN. Upload a clear photo of your PAN card. All details should be visible and readable.
- City. Enter your current city of residence.
- Address. Enter your full residential address as listed in your Aadhaar and PAN records.
- Indian Financial System Code. Enter your bank’s IFSC code exactly as provided by the bank, without spaces or typos.
- Full Name. Enter the account holder’s name as it appears in the bank's records. It should match your Aadhaar and PAN details.
- Account Number. Enter your bank account number and double-check it.
- Upload cancelled cheque. Upload a cancelled cheque to verify your bank account. A cancelled cheque is a cheque with “CANCELLED” written across it and is used only for verification. The cheque should clearly show the account holder name, account number, and IFSC code.
- Click Submit. Your payment details will be sent to the Trendweave support team for verification. Verification usually takes 24 to 48 business hours.
Once verified, your payment details will be available for selection when requesting a withdrawal.
Step 2. Request a withdrawal
You can request a withdrawal when:
- Your payment details are verified.
- You have available earnings that meet the minimum withdrawal amount of 2,000 INR.
To send a request:
- In the top menu, click Earnings.
- Click the Request withdrawal button.
- Select your payment details. By default, the most recently approved payment details are used.
To add new payment details, select Add payment details from the dropdown list. Step 1. Add payment details - Click Send request.
Step 3. Send an invoice
After submitting your withdrawal request, send your invoice via WhatsApp or email support@trendweave.com. Your payment will be processed after the invoice is received.
- The invoice should be issued in the name of the person whose PAN number is mentioned and include their address.
- The invoice should be issued to Admitad Media Pvt Ltd.
- The invoice should be signed by the person whose PAN number is mentioned.
Approval time
Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 10 business days after the invoice is received. However, the time it takes to receive the funds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
What do I do if my withdrawal request is rejected?
In exceptional cases, a withdrawal request may be rejected. If that happens:
- Go to the Earnings page and select the Withdrawal tab.
- Click the Info button in the transaction details to see the reason.
- Address the issue mentioned and resubmit the request.

To help prevent rejection or delays:
- Check that your payment details are correct.
- Do not change bank details right before requesting a withdrawal.
- Make sure the invoice you send is accurate.
