Takeads account settings FAQ

When you sign up for Takeads, the following is created automatically:

  • Takeads publisher account. In Takeads settings, you can manage the following data: phone number, country, and interface language.

  • Mitgo ID account. In the Mitgo ID account, you can manage your data and security settings for all Mitgo products. Learn more about the Mitgo ID account

How do I change the name in my Takeads account?

You can change the name in your Mitgo ID account in the My details section. These details will be updated automatically in your Takeads account and your other accounts for Mitgo products and services if you have any.

How do I change the email in my Takeads account?

You can change the email address in your Mitgo ID account in the Security section. You'll need to use the new email address to log in to your Takeads account and other accounts for Mitgo products and services if you have any.

How do I change the password to my Takeads account?

You can change your password in your Mitgo ID account in the Security section. The password will be updated automatically in your Takeads account and your other accounts for Mitgo products and services if you have any.

How do I add or change the phone number in my Takeads account?

To add your phone number:

1. In your Takeads account, go to Settings.

2. In the Phone number section, click Add phone number.

3. Enter your phone number and click Get code.
A confirmation code will be sent to the phone number you provided.

4. Enter the code from the text message and click Confirm.

Unfortunately, changing your phone number is temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance on Takeads.

How do I change the country or interface language in my Takeads account?

To change the country or interface language in your account:

1. In your Takeads account, go to Settings.

2. In the corresponding section, select the desired option from the drop-down list.

To recover access to your Takeads account, you'll need to regain access to your Mitgo ID account following this guide.
