Your earnings are initially credited to your ConvertSocial balance. Then, you can transfer them to Wallet and withdraw using one of the withdrawal methods supported by ConvertSocial.
How to transfer funds to Wallet
You can only withdraw the entire balance amount. The minimum withdrawal amount is €20.
To transfer funds:
- Go to the Balance section.
- Сlick the Transfer funds button.
- When the transfer is confirmed, click Withdraw funds.
After your funds are in Wallet, withdraw them following the withdrawal procedure.
Withdrawal methods
The list of available withdrawal methods varies depending on the country you live in and your legal entity.
Earnings on ConvertSocial are calculated and credited in euros. If the currency of the withdrawal method is different, funds are automatically converted to the appropriate currency before the withdrawal.
Bank transfer
Withdrawing funds to a bank account is available for individuals and legal entities from any country.
Specifics:
- Available currencies: USD, EUR.
- Withdrawal fee: request information from your bank or the intermediary bank carrying out the transfer.
- If the beneficiary bank is located in Russia, payments to the bank account are not available.
- The payment date is determined by the bank. Please contact your bank for the estimated payment date.
- ConvertSocial doesn’t charge any fees for bank transfers, but your bank or an intermediary bank may apply its own fees. If you want to use this withdrawal method, request more information from your bank.
If the bank charges a fee for SWIFT transfers, the beneficiary pays it in full.
- Banks may charge fees both for confirmed and declined payment requests. This means that if the bank declines your request, the funds will be returned to your balance. However, your bank’s request processing fee may later be debited from your account. You can view your payment requests in the Transaction History section in your Wallet.
PayPal
Individuals and legal entities from different countries may withdraw funds to PayPal.
Specifics:
- Available currencies: USD, EUR.
- Withdrawal fee: 2.5%.
