The Finance section contains your balance info:
- earnings ready for transfer to Wallet
- earnings for actions under verification by the merchant
- balance history.
Ready for withdrawal
This section shows your earnings for confirmed actions made through tracking links from your platform. Learn more about action confirmation
You can transfer your earnings to Wallet once the amount in the Ready for withdrawal section reaches the minimum withdrawal amount of €20.
To do that, click the Withdraw button. Learn more how to withdraw funds from Takeads
When you’re just starting out on Takeads, the Ready for withdrawal section will be empty.
On hold
This section shows the estimated earnings for actions made through tracking links on your platform. These actions are verified by merchants.
After a user follows your tracking link and performs an action, the merchant needs to verify that the action was actually made, and the customer didn’t cancel it. This verification process may take from 1 to 3 months. Learn more about action verification
- If the merchant confirms an action, your earnings for it will be moved to the Ready for withdrawal section.
- If the merchant declines an action, you won’t receive a reward for it. In this case, your earnings for that action will disappear from the On hold section. Learn more why the amount in the On hold section may decrease
When you’re just starting out on Takeads, the On hold section will be empty.
Balance history
The chart shows two types of transactions:
- Balance increase. Crediting funds to your balance. Example: crediting a reward for an action, a refund after an uncompleted payment request or erroneous decrease).
- Balance decrease. Debiting funds from your account. Example: withdrawing funds via Takeads Wallet, or debiting a reward amount if the merchant declined a reward for a target action). Learn more about reasons for declining actions
The Reason column will indicate why the balance was increased or decrease.
- Payment for action ID***. This means the merchant confirmed the action with ID*** and the relevant reward was credited to the balance.
- Debit for action ID***. This means the merchant declined the action, and the reward for it was charged from your balance and returned to the merchant. Learn more about reasons for declining actions
- Payment request ID***. This means you created a payment request and the requested amount was charged from the balance.
If the request gets declined by the payment system, this amount will return to your balance, and another transaction with the Payment request reason and Balance increase type will appear in the history.

By default, the section shows the monthly balance history, but you can filter by date and transaction type to quickly find the transaction you need.
