Takeads account settings FAQ

When you sign up for Takeads, the following is created automatically for you:

  • Takeads publisher account. In Takeads settings, you can manage the following data: phone number, country, interface language.

  • Mitgo ID account. In the Mitgo ID account, you can manage your personal details and security settings for all Mitgo products. Learn more about the single Mitgo ID account

How do I change the name in my Takeads account?

You can change the name in your Mitgo ID account in the My details section. After that, these details will be updated automatically in your Takeads account and your other accounts for Mitgo products and services, if you have any.

How do I change the email in my Takeads account?

You can change the email in your Mitgo ID account in the Security section. After that, you'll need to use the new email to log in to your Takeads account and other accounts for Mitgo products and services, if you have any.

How do I change the password to my Takeads account?

You can change your password in your Mitgo ID account in the Security section. After that, the password will be updated automatically in your Takeads account and your other accounts for Mitgo products and services, if you have any.

How do I add or change the phone number in my Takeads account?

To add your phone number:

1. In your Takeads account, go to Settings.

2. In the Phone number section, click Add phone number.

3. Enter your phone number and click Get code.
A confirmation code will be sent to the phone number you provided.

4. Enter the code from the text message and click Confirm.

Temporarily, you can’t change the phone number due to technical maintenance on Takeads.
If you need to change your phone number, send a request to the Online Support chat (see this guide).

How do I change the country or interface language in my Takeads account?

To change a country or interface language in your account:

1. In your Takeads account, go to Settings.

2. In the appropriate section, select the needed value from the drop-down list.
