Orders may be lost for the following reasons:
- The customer has installed browser extensions (e.g., ad blockers) that prevent order tracking
- The customer has installed antivirus software that can affect order tracking
- Technical issues on the advertiser's end.
In this case, information about orders may be lost and won't appear in your Takeads reports. Learn more about order tracking
What do I do if an order was placed but isn't included in reports?
Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do. If your order isn't shown in Takeads reports, you won't be paid for it.
If you notice that orders are frequently lost when working with a particular advertiser, contact support.
