How do I change the primary email in my Admitad publisher account?

Change the email in your Mitgo ID account. After that, the primary email will update automatically in your Admitad publisher account.

To change your primary email, do the following:

1. In your publisher account, go to User Details.

2. In Email, click Edit.

3. The Security section of Mitgo ID will open. Change the email following this guide.

How do I add or change the password to my Admitad publisher account?

Just add or change the password in your Mitgo ID account. After that, the password will update automatically in your Admitad publisher account.

To add or change the password, do the following:

1. In your publisher account, go to User Details.

2. Click Edit in Password.

3. The Security section of Mitgo ID will open. Add or change the password following this guide.

How to add or change the phone number in the Admitad publisher account

For that, just add or change the phone number in your Mitgo ID account. After that, the number will update automatically in your Admitad publisher account.

To add or change the phone number, do the following:

1. In your publisher account, go to Contact information.

2. In Mobile phone, click Edit.

3. The Security section of Mitgo ID will open.

How do I change the name, date of birth, or country in my Admitad publisher account?

Just change the name, date of birth, or country in your Mitgo ID account. After that, these details will update automatically in your Admitad publisher account.

To change your name, date of birth, or country, do the following:

1. In your publisher account, go to User Details.

2. Click Edit in the appropriate line.

3. The My details section of Mitgo ID will open. Change the details following this guide.

How to change the UROA phone number in the Admitad publisher account.

The UROA phone number field shows the number you specified when providing tax and billing details in a special form for labeling advertising in Russia. Learn more

To change the UROA phone number, do the following:

1. In your publisher account, go to User Details.

2. In UROA phone number, click Edit.

3. In the section that will open edit the number and save the changes.

How do I find my publisher ID?

To find your publisher ID, go to Settings.

You can find your ID in the Publisher ID field.

How do I change my account level?

You can't change your account level on your own.

Account levels AD1 and AD2 are given to publishers automatically when the following conditions are met:

  • AD1 is given to publishers who have earned more than $850 (or an equivalent amount in another currency) for all time and passed verification.

  • AD2 is given to publishers to whom a personal manager has been assigned.

How do I set up two-factor authentication?

How do I recover access to my Admitad publisher account?

To recover access to the publisher account, you'll need to regain access to your Mitgo ID account following this guide.
