How to verify an Influencer ad space

1. Go to the Ad spaces section — a list of all your ad spaces in Mitgo ID will open.
2. Find the ad space you want to verify and click Verify.

The available verification method will depend on the ad space subtype:

• Telegram channel — via a Telegram account.
• TikTok account — via a TikTok account.
• Any other channel, group, or blog on social media or in messengers — via a verification code.

How to verify an ad space via Telegram

1. On the Verification via Telegram page, copy the bot name.
2. Make the bot an administrator of the channel you want to verify. To do this:
   1. Open the Telegram channel and click the three dots in the top-right corner of the window.
   2. Select Manage Channel → Administrators.
   3. Click Add Administrator.
   4. Enter the bot name in the search bar, select Mitgo Verification, and click OK — a list of administrator permissions will open.
   5. Deactivate all permissions and click ✔.

When verification is complete and the ad space receives the Active status, the bot can be removed from the channel.

3. Return to the Verification via Telegram page in Mitgo ID and click Log in via Telegram.
4. Enter the phone number associated with the Telegram account that has the channel for verification and click Next. You will receive a message in Telegram.
5. In the message, click Accept to confirm the authorization request.
6. Return to Mitgo ID and refresh the Verification via Telegram page.
7. In the window that opens, click Accept to grant Mitgo ID access to information about your Telegram account.

If the authorization is successful, your name and avatar will be displayed in the Log in as button.

8. Click the authorization button — your username will appear.
9. Click Finish.

If everything is done correctly, the ad space will be verified automatically within a few seconds. It will receive the "Active" status, and you will be able to connect it to Mitgo products.

How to verify an ad space via TikTok

1. On the Verification via TikTok page, click Authorize in TikTok — the authorization window will open.
2. Log in to your TikTok account in any convenient way.

Make sure you log in to the exact account that you specified as the ad space in Mitgo ID and want to verify.

3. Return to the Verification via TikTok page in Mitgo ID.
4. In the window that opens, click Continue to grant Mitgo ID access to information about your TikTok account.
5. Click Finish.

If everything is done correctly, the ad space will be verified automatically within a few seconds. It will receive the "Active" status, and you will be able to connect it to Mitgo products.

If the ad space you want to verify does not belong to the authorized TikTok account, you will see an error message and will not be able to complete verification of the ad space.

How to verify an ad space via code

1. On the Verification via code page, copy the code.
2. Place the code in the description of your ad space — channel, profile, group, or page.

Do not delete or edit the code until the ad space is approved.

3. Return to the Verification via code page and click Send request.

A moderator will check for the presence and correctness of the code. The check takes from 2 to 72 hours. If verification is successful, the ad space will receive the "Active" status, and you will be able to connect it to Mitgo products.
