The Finance section contains your balance info:
- earnings ready for transfer to Wallet
- earnings from actions awaiting payment by the advertiser
- balance history
- link to your Takeads Wallet.
Confirmed, available for withdrawal
This section shows your earnings for confirmed and paid actions made through tracking links from your platform. Learn more about action confirmation
You can transfer your earnings to Wallet once the amount in the Confirmed, available for withdrawal section reaches the minimum withdrawal amount of 25 EUR or 25 USD, depending on your account currency*.
*Currency selection is available only for new accounts during sign-up. After that, you can’t change the currency.

When you’re just starting out on Takeads, the Confirmed, available for withdrawal section will be empty.
Confirmed, awaiting advertiser payment
This section shows the estimated earnings for actions which have been confirmed by the advertiser and are awaiting payment from them.
After the advertiser makes the payment, the earnings for actions will move to the Confirmed, available for withdrawal section.
The advertiser may also decline an action before the payment is made. In this case, the earnings for that action will disappear from the Confirmed, awaiting advertiser payment section. You can view declined actions in the Declined column in Reports. Learn more why the amount you earn may decrease
When you’re just starting out on Takeads, the Confirmed, awaiting advertiser payment section will be empty.
On hold, awaiting advertiser approval
This section shows the estimated earnings for actions which are awaiting review and confirmation by the advertiser. Learn more about action confirmation
- If the advertiser confirms an action, your earnings for it will move to the Confirmed, awaiting advertiser payment section.
- If the advertiser declines an action, you won’t receive a reward, and the earnings for that action will disappear from the On hold, awaiting advertiser approval section. You can view declined actions in the Declined column in Reports. Learn more why the advertiser declined the action
Balance history
The chart shows two types of transactions:
- Balance increase. Crediting funds to your balance. Example: payment for an action.
- Balance decrease. Debiting funds from your account. Example: withdrawing funds via Takeads Wallet, or debiting a reward amount if the advertiser declined a reward for a target action). Learn more about reasons for declining actions
The Reason column will indicate why the balance was increased or decrease.
- Payment for action ID***. This means the advertiser confirmed the action with ID*** and the relevant reward was credited to the balance.
- Charge for action ID***. This means the advertiser declined the action, and the reward for it was charged from your balance and returned to the advertiser. Learn more about reasons for declining actions
- Transfer request ID***. This means you created a transfer request and the requested amount was charged from the balance.
By default, the section shows the monthly balance history, but you can filter by date and transaction type to quickly find the transaction you need.
