Billing detail statuses and what they mean

Status	Meaning
Active	The billing details and associated tax information are correct. You can now withdraw your funds from a Mitgo Wallet using the selected method. How to create a withdrawal request
Requires verification	You haven't verified tax information you selected when adding payment details. What you should do: Confirm the information with two-factor authentication and wait until Mitgo Wallet finishes verifying your tax information.
Tax information is being verified	The tax information you associated with your billing details is being verified by Mitgo Wallet. What you should do: Wait until your tax information gets the Verified status.
Editing required	Your billing details are incomplete or contain errors. What you should do: Edit your payment info and confirm it. Wait until it gets the Active status.
Verifying	Processing and verifying the tax information associated with your billing details took more time than usual. What you should do: If the status doesn't change within two business days, please contact support.
Payoneer authorization required	To confirm your billing details, you need to log in to your Payoneer account. What you should do: Click Log in and log in to your Payoneer account. Or sign up if you don't have an account yet. Go back to Mitgo Wallet and confirm your payment details. Wait until your billing details get the Active status.
GetUniq authorization required	To confirm your billing details, you need to log in to your GetUniq account. What you should do: Click Log in and log in to your GetUniq account. Or sign up if you don't have an account yet. Go back to Mitgo Wallet and confirm your billing details. Wait until your billing details get the Active status.
Awaiting confirmation from the tax office	Connection of the Jump.Работа partner has not been confirmed by tax office yet. While the details are in this status, a payment cannot be made. What you should do: when the invitation is accepted, the status will change to "Requires verification", and you'll have to verify your details via 2fa. After that, you will be able to use them for money withdrawal.
Declined	Your billing details haven't passed verification. What you should do: Add other billing details. If you're sure your billing details are correct, please contact support.
Not supported	Mitgo Wallet no longer supports your billing details. What you should do: Add other billing details.
Obsolete	The tax information you provided when adding your billing details is out-of-date. You can't edit it. What you should do: Add new tax information and associate it with your billing details.
