Promo code programs are affiliate programs that track actions by a promo code, not by an affiliate link.
How it works: Each promo code is unique and is assigned to a specific publisher. When a user places an order using a promo code, the action is attributed to the owner publisher, even if the transition to the advertiser's site was through another paid traffic source.

Features of promo code programs
- When using promo codes, you don't need to use affiliate links: target actions are tracked by promo codes.
- Efficient action tracking: no risk of losing conversions due to ad blockers or browser restrictions.
- Higher conversion into a target action: a bonus provided through a promo code (a discount, free delivery, etc.) increases the user's motivation to make a purchase or place an order.
- When attributing actions, the promo code has priority: if the order is made using a promo code, then both the action and the reward for it will be attributed to the publisher to whom the promo code is assigned (even if before the buyer walked through several paid traffic sources).
- The advertiser can limit the duration of the promo code offer. After the period ends, such promo codes become inactive.
- A promo code can be withdrawn if the advertiser considers it ineffective.
How to get a promo code in a promo code program
For you to receive a promo code, your site must be connected to the promo code program. How to connect a platform to the program.
1. Go to Creator programs in the menu (Menu → Programs → All promo code programs)
or from the landing page (Menu → Programs → Promo code programs → Learn more).
2. Next to the selected offer, click Get codes.
3. In the pop-up that opens, click Get promo code to assign the free promo code to yourself.
The pop-up also provides detailed information about the promo code: reward for the target action, type of offer, action period, link to the advertiser's website, etc.
4. Copy the promo code and place it on your platform.
For some promo offers provided by the advertiser, you can get several promo codes.
Done! Now, actions performed by users with this promo code will be tracked, and you will receive a reward for them in the usual way.
To view information about the promo code that you have already received, click Show code in the program card.
How to view reports on promo codes
You can analyze the effectiveness of your advertising campaign and track action statuses with reports. For this, go to Report on promo codes (menu → Reports → on personal promo codes).
Promo code actions may appear in reports with some delay. This depends on the tracking features on the advertiser's side.
