How to add post

In this article, you’ll learn how to create shoppable posts for your Trendweave store, allowing your followers to purchase directly from your content.

You can add posts using Instagram content only after your Instagram account is linked and verified. Learn more in How to link Instagram account and get verified

To add a post:

1. Go to My posts:

On mobile, tap the "+" icon at the bottom of the screen.
On desktop, click the Add post button in the upper-right corner. If you don't have any posts yet, you can also click Add first post.

2. Select the post source:

Instagram. Your Instagram posts sync with your Trendweave account, allowing you to create posts using Instagram content.
Trendweave. Create posts directly in your Trendweave account.

3. Based on the post source, do the following:

For Instagram, select a post from the gallery and click Next.
For Trendweave, upload an image for the post from your device.

4. Write a compelling description for the post that will be shown in your Trendweave store. Then, click Add product link.

5. Paste the link to the product you want to promote and click Apply.

6. Click theicon to upload a product photo and specify the product name. Click Add.

7. Select the product category and enter the collection name. Click Next.

8. For an Instagram post, add automation to set up automatic replies.

9. Click Preview to see how the post will appear in your Trendweave store. Then, click Publish.

After your post is created, copy the post like and add it to your story on Instagram.

How to add automation to post

You can automate only Instagram posts using direct message (DM) automation. This tool allows you to automatically reply to both messages and comments. It helps to save your time, improve engagement, and ensure quick responses to your followers.

Once added, automation will be applied to all posts in your Instagram account.

To automate Instagram communication:

1. Go to the Automation page and click Add automation.

2. Configure the automation:

2.1 Select the Instagram account.

2.2 Enter an automation name.

2.3 Add keywords that will trigger the automation, then click Next.

3. Create an auto-reply your followers will receive in direct messages:

3.1 Provide the text for the auto-reply. You can preview it in Your automations in Direct section.

3.2 Click Next.

4. Set up a public reply in the post comments:

To use default replies, click Done.
To create custom responses, click Add your answer and delete default replies. Then, click Done.
