Important. Only create a request after you have added and verified the following:
1. Tax information (see this guide)
2. Billing details for the payment method you are going to use (see this guide)
Step 1. Transfer your funds to Wallet
Step 2. Fill out the withdrawal request
Go to Wallet and create a request:
- Simplified. There are fewer steps, but you can't select a period for which you want to withdraw your earnings.
- Standard. This has more steps, but you can select any period and set up other parameters.
How to create a simplified request
1. Go to Withdrawals.
2. In the Withdraw from field, select the wallet from which you want to withdraw your funds.
3. In the Withdraw to field, select the payment method.
4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw. By default, the minimum amount is indicated in the field.
If the currency of your wallet is different from the currency of the chosen payment method, the funds will be automatically converted into the currency of the payment method.
5. If an express payment that is processed within 24 hours is available, it will be selected by default. If you uncheck the box, a standard payment will be made on Thursday of the following week.
6. If there is the I agree that the total amount may change on the day of payment option in the request, check this box. Otherwise, you won't be able to create a request.
The total payment amount is calculated on the day when the payment is made and may depend on the following:
- The conversion rate effective on the payment date
- The change of the system fee amount or VAT amount
You can only download an invoice for such a request after its status changes to Completed or Declined.
Please note: If you withdraw money to a bank account in Ukraine or Russia, you need to accept Mitgo's offer terms or have an agreement with Mitgo to receive the payment. To accept the offer, check the box next to the phrase You can accept the terms of the offer or enter into an agreement.
7. Click Create request.

3. Select the withdrawal method, then click Next in the bottom right-hand corner.

4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw. To withdraw all the available funds from this wallet, click All funds. If this amount exceeds the maximum amount allowed, you will see a hint and will be able to adjust the amount.

How to prepare documents
- Only one set of payment documents can be attached to one request. With that, the amount specified in the documents must match the amount in the request.
- The invoice number must match the number of the document you are uploading. You generate this number based on your reporting.
- If you work under an offer rather than an agreement, in the Name of work or services field, specify the following: Placing advertising and marketing creatives on the Internet by the "Contractor" for the period from .... to ...., according to the acceptance of the Public Offer. Username: [your username is the primary email specified in your Mitgo account].
How to attach documents to a request
1. Go to Transaction History and find your request in the Attach payment documents to the request status.
2. Click Add documents. In the window that opens, do the following:
- In the Invoice number field, specify the number of your payment document (for Russia and Ukraine, it's the invoice number)
- Attach all necessary payment documents from the table above. You can just drag them into the Add files area
3. Click Save. The documents will be sent for review. The system will compare the specified document number with the number in the attached file. For Russia, the documents will be verified within three business days.
- If verification is successful, the request will get the In progress status and will be sent to Mitgo for further processing. You will see the expected payment date in the request status.
- If verification is failed, the request will get the Payment documents need to be updated: the documents contain incorrect data or are missing status.
In this case:
- In the request line, click Edit documents, edit the number of the payment document, and/or upload the up-to-date file.
- Click Resend. The documents will be sent for review again.
The next step is only for Russian and Ukrainian citizens.
Step 4. Send the originals of the payment documents
