Actions may be lost for the following reasons:
- the customer has browser extensions (e.g., ad blockers) that prevent action tracking
- antivirus software affecting action tracking is installed on the customer's device
- technical issues on the brand's side
In this case, action info may be lost and will not appear in your ConvertSocial reports. Learn more about action tracking
What do I do if an action was placed but it's not included in reports?
Unfortunately, you can't do anything. If your action isn't shown in ConvertSocial reports, you won't get paid for it.
If you notice that actions are frequently lost when cooperating with a certain brand, contact support.
