SubID is a parameter added to an affiliate link as a tag for detailed tracking and analysis of traffic sources and ad campaign performance. If you use a SubID, you can view its statistics in the Statistics section.
For example, you may place the same affiliate link on your source several times in different posts. A SubID lets you identify which post performs better.
SubID Features
- You can add it to any affiliate link for a product in the Product catalog and Deals and promo codes sections;
- You can include it in a full link or generate a short link with it;
- It works with affiliate links from all ad campaigns;
- You can add only one SubID to a link;
- You can create a SubID for the same affiliate link multiple times.
How to Add a SubID to a Full Link
- In the product list, select the product you want to promote and click it to open its product card.
- In the SubID field, enter &subid=XXX, where XXX is the value you want to add to the link as a tag. This can be the ID of your source or ad.
- Next to the Full affiliate link field, click the Copy icon—the specified SubID parameter is automatically added to the link.
- Place the product link on your source.

How to generate a short link with a SubID
Short links are commonly used for social media advertising. They are easier to share because they fit into text fields with character limits.
- In the product list, select the product you want to promote and click it to open its product card.
- In the SubID field, enter &subid=XXX, where XXX is the value you want to add to the link as a tag. This can be the ID of your source or ad.
- Click Generate short link—the Short affiliate link field appears.
- Next to the Short affiliate link field, click the Copy icon to copy the generated short link.
- Place the product link on your source.
Generating a short link with a SubID takes a few seconds. You will see a notification when the link has been copied to the clipboard.
If you use Safari, wait for the short link to appear in the pop-up window.
