Your earnings in Catuik are credited in euros. Transfer the money you earn from your account to Wallet, the payout service for partners. Then withdraw it using the method that works best for you:
- to a bank account;
- to a crypto wallet;
- via PayPal or Payoneer.
The payout currency depends on the withdrawal method:
- bank account or PayPal — euros or U.S. dollars;
- Payoneer — U.S. dollars only;
- crypto wallet — USDT only.
If you withdraw earnings in U.S. dollars or USDT, the amount is automatically converted from euros. A conversion fee may apply.
How to transfer money from your account to Wallet
- Open Finances. The Balance section shows the amount available for withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is €30. If your balance is lower, you cannot withdraw money yet. Wait until advertisers pay you for more target actions.
- In Withdrawals, click Transfer to Wallet. The money is sent to Wallet immediately, and the Withdrawal transaction appears in Balance history.
You can transfer only the full available amount from your account at once.
How to withdraw money from Wallet
Use your Mitgo ID username and password to sign in to Wallet.
If you are withdrawing money from Wallet for the first time, complete these steps in order:
- Add your tax information in Wallet.
- Add your billing details in Wallet. You must first set up two-factor authentication.
- Create a withdrawal request.
Future withdrawals will be faster and easier because you can reuse the tax information and payment details you already provided.
A standard payout is processed on Thursday of the following week after you create the request.
An express payout is sent within 24 hours. This is a paid service and is not available for all withdrawal methods. Delays may occur while an express payout is being processed. If a delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control, the payment fee is not refunded.
Banks may charge a fee for withdrawals from Wallet to a bank account. Before withdrawing money, check your bank’s fee information and rates.
