Ways to withdraw money from Wallet

The available withdrawal methods depend on the following:

  • Mitgo product from which you transfer money to Wallet
  • Type of entity (individual or legal entity)
  • Country of tax residence or country where your company is registered

Wallet supports the following withdrawal methods

Standard and express payments

When creating a payment request, you can select the payment type: standard or express.

Express payments are made within 24 hours.l Only available for certain withdrawal methods. 

Standard payments

  • If a request doesn't require payment documents to be uploaded, the payment is usually made on the Thursday a week after the request is approved. Request approval usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
    Example: You created a payment request on March 17 (Sunday). The request was approved on Monday, March 18. The payment will be made next Thursday, March 28.
  • If the funds are withdrawn to a bank account by a legal entity or entrepreneur, the payment is usually made 10 days after we receive the original payment documents in the EDI system or via email. Please note: Your agreement with Admitad outlines the maximum payout period.
  • If the funds are withdrawn to a bank account by a self-employed, the payment is usually made on Thursday, a week after we check and approve your request. The approval process usually takes 1 to 3 business days, but it may take longer in some cases. If the request was approved, its status in Transaction History will change to In progress.
    Example: You created a payment request and uploaded the receipt on Sunday, March 17. We approved the request and the receipt on Monday, March 18. The payment will be made next Thursday, March 28.

National holidays may affect when the payment will be received. If the payment day is a national holiday, the payment is postponed to the next business day.

If you have an agreement with Admitad, it might stipulate the payment period. The terms stipulated in the agreement take precedence over the information in this text.

Learn from the bank

If the bank charges a SWIFT transaction fee, the beneficiary pays this fee in full

Banks charge fees for approved and declined payment requests. If the request is declined, the funds will return to your balance, but the transaction fee will be debited later

Specifics:

If the recipient bank is located in Russia or Ukraine, you'll need to either accept Admitad's offer terms or have an agreement signed with Admitad in order to receive the payment.

  • You can accept the offer when creating a payment request. To do so, tick the box next to the phrase "You can accept the terms of the offer or enter into an agreement.
  • To enter into an agreement with Admitad, contact your personal manager or support. Once the agreement is concluded, it won't be necessary to accept the offer when creating a payment request.

Specifics: 

You can only use crypto wallets that work with the Tron or Ethereum blockchain platforms.

Bank card (only for individuals from Ukraine)

Withdrawing funds in UAH to a bank card is temporarily unavailable due to technical problems on the intermediary bank's side.

Specifics:

  • The card must be issued in Ukraine and operated by Visa or MasterCard.
    Withdrawals to monobank cards are unavailable. The system recognizes these cards as issued in the United States rather than in Ukraine.
  • There are the following withdrawal limits:
    • Max amount in one express payment request: 15,000 UAH.
    • Max amount in one standard payment request: 150,000 UAH.
    • Max transfer amount per day to one card: 150,000 UAH.
    • Max transfer amount per month to one card: 150,000 UAH.

The limits only apply to a specific card, not the entire account.
If you've reached the limit for one card, you can add another card to your Wallet account and then withdraw funds to it.
