In the profile menu, click Profile to open the general settings page. Here you can:
- change your email address;
- add or change your contact information;
- delete your account.
How to change your email address
The email address you enter when you sign up for Catuik is automatically saved to your profile. To change it, click Edit next to your email address in the Mitgo ID section. You will be redirected to your Mitgo ID account page. Learn more
How to add contact information
To make it easier to contact you, add at least one contact to your profile:
- a link to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Viber, or an @username;
- a phone number;
- another email address.
You can edit or delete contact information after adding it.
How to delete your profile
You can delete your account if needed. To do this:
- In the Account actions section, click Delete.
- In the dialog box that opens, specify why you want to delete your account.
Done. You have submitted a request to delete your account.
Once a manager reviews the information, they will delete your profile and notify you. You will not be able to restore your profile, log in to it, or access information associated with it.
