A brand book contains guidelines for ad creatives, including standards for logos, color palettes, fonts, and tone of voice. It helps publishers create ad creatives for your products in a consistent style, making your Store more recognizable to buyers and in marketplace search results.
If you want publishers to use ready-made ad creatives, add images and/or videos for your products in Catuik.
How to upload a brand book
- Go to Stores.
- Select the Store whose brand book you want to upload.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the Store name and select Edit. The Store information form opens.
- In the Brand book field, click Upload.
- Select a file to upload.
File format: PDF. Maximum file size: 50 MB.
- In the Brand book comment field, add a comment for publishers if needed. For example: “Do not change the logo color.”
- Click Save. The uploaded file appears on the Stores page and in the publisher product catalog.
How to add ad creatives
- Go to Product promotion → Ad creatives.
- Click Upload ad creatives. The Upload ad creatives window opens.
- Drag an ad creative file to the upload area, or click the area to select a file from your device.
You can upload up to 5 files. Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, MP4, and MOV. Each file must be no larger than 50 MB.
- In the Products field, select the products the ad creative is intended for by name or SKU.
- In the Comment field, add instructions for publishers if needed. For example: “Video subtitles are required.”
- Click Save. The uploaded ad creative appears on the Ad creatives page and in the publisher product catalog.
If you do not want to publish the uploaded ad creative yet, select Create as draft before saving.
If needed, you can change the products assigned to an ad creative, edit the publisher comment, or delete the ad creative. Click the three-dot menu next to the ad creative and select Edit or Delete.
